One month notice should be provided in case of exiting the PG. Notice should be provided only in first 3 days of every month. Billing cycle is only between 1 to 30 or 31 of every month. Advance amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The paid advance amount can be utilized in the notice period month, in case of utilizing the advance amount, a refundable security deposit of rs.2000 should be paid which will be refunded after deductions if any.
